Lot PACN-02: JANSON FAMILY ESTATE PACAMARA
This lot comes from the first significant harvest of our 3 years
old small Pacamara Plantation,
located on the Hacienda Las Lagunas area of Janson Coffee
Farms, at 1400 meters.
The hacienda is located west of the Baru Volcano, with a rich
volcanic soil and natural springs.
The farm combines planting areas and 200 hectares of a
private natural reserve, including lagoons
and wetlands which are a vital habitat for a large variety of
birds and wildlife.
We are particulary proud of receiving the 2cnd place of the
Best Of Panama with this
lot being our first incursion with the Pacamara variety.
This lot received scores as high as 95 by international
judges.
