At 1,600 meters above sea level, this coffee paradise is coated with a veil of mist and rain for almost 8 months a year, which provides temperatures between 10º and 16ºC. It sits next to the rain-forests of the Volcan Barú and is encircled by the Chiriqui Viejo, a river that keeps the soil rich, and the biodiversity of fauna and flora. The farm is operated by its owner, a woman with strong convictions and the support of her workers, 99% from the Ngäbe. This award winning coffee are the result of the love and care that is put into every step of its development and processing, perhaps the most important legacy is the true effort of keeping tradition and craftsmanship is what gives this cup its unique quality, and makes this farm worthy of the tribute to King Solomon with its name: "Los Cantares”.
