Lot GN-09: Stellium
Black Moon Farm is located in Alto Quiel, Boquete at 1700 masl.
What used to be a vegetable farm is now a regenerative coffee farm, in the near future it will be a biodiverse food forest with luxury quality Geishas and other varietals growing under its canopy.
We started planting four years ago and this year is the first Geisha harvest, in the coming years we will have Chiroso, Bourbon Pointu, Pacamara and Pink Bourbon varieties available also.
Our Geisha Natural lot, Stellium, was fermented in nano batches for 72 hours and sun dried for 30 days.
