Lot V-12: Pacamara Milü
Pacamara Milü was produced by Héctor Aguilar Barroso, from Finca Aguilar Peralta, located in Santa Clara, Renacimiento, in a field with altitude of 1350 m.a.s.l.
The cherries were harvested at the optimum ripeness on January
6th. They were processed by washing method, and dried on raised
beds from January 8th to January 25th (17 days).
General tasting notes: Rich sweetness and spiciness. Floral,
jasmine, lavender, herbal, black tea, lemongrass. Citric fruit such
as mandarin, lemon, and orange. Prevalence of sweetness with bright
and pleasant acidity. Beautiful chocolate mouthfeel. Long, round,
and complex finish.
