Lot GW-15: Gran Del Val Geisha Lavado
Gran Del Val Lavado is an exciting anaerobic washed geisha. A structured coffee, characterized by being a very floral cup, with a predominant jasmine and fruity acidity.
Its citrus touch of sour orange and mango combined with the sweetness of maple, brown sugar, caramel and chocolate are among the characteristics that we find in the first sip. Then as time progresses we enjoy the sweetness of the strawberry, peach, watermelon and white grape. In its third stage of temperature we manage to perceive black tea and a touch of papaya that make the aftertaste an intense experience that marks a sense of lasting taste. An experience that should not be missed trying and feeling.
