Coffee and cupping details:
Manual harvest to grape-grade ripening, selección of immature grains, floa or Foreign
matter in the mil; pe-drying for 20 days in greenhouse with African bed at an average
temperatura of 20° C & 70% relative humity. The average rest process was 60 to 90 días.

Chiriquí, Panamá, in 420 hectares of privileged lands famous for producing some of the
world ́s most exotic coffees
Currently it has 200 hectares in production, where we grow Arabica coffee of the varieties:
Bourbon, Catuaí, Caturra, Geisha, Maragogype, San Ramón, Pacamara & Typica.
