Lot GN-10: Black Sheep
Rocky Mountain is located in Santa Clara, Renacimiento, at an altitude of 1,350 masl. This coffee was harvested on 22 April 2022. For this process, the coffee, after being selected, was taken directly to sun drying on African beds, where it remained for 30 days until it reached 11% humidity.
Allan, with his great experience in coffee processing and drying, has achieved to give this lot a distinct and unique taste, his passion in the processes mixed with his consistency and dedication in the drying process have given unique results that bring out the best attributes of this lot and give it the strong character that the natural process offers.
