Our washed geisha coffee is harvested at its best ripening time,
which allows us to better feel its sweetness. The coffee is
pulped, with the mucilage removed and then sun-dried on African
beds for about 10 days,
After having the indicated humidity, it is stored until the moment
of pilar and being sold.
