Lot GN-16: Reina Arcoiris - Berlina Estates

Reina Arcoiris, from Berlina Estate in Horqueta, Los Naranjos-Boquete, is a clean and complex Geisha coffee. Carefully selected and subjected to anaerobic fermentation, it is sun-dried on African beds until reaching ideal humidity levels. The coffee rests in our warehouse, developing its aromatic complexity and clean flavors. We proudly offer Reina Arcoiris to coffee enthusiasts.

Reina Arcoíris, bears this name because in the town where our farm Berlina Estate is located, rainbows are formed every afternoon during the harvest season and sometimes up to 4 of them can be seen at the same time.

For those of us who are part of the Berlina Estate team, it´s an honorable privilege to be able to offer a very clean and complex coffee like the Reina Arcoiris.

Reina Arcoiris, is the result of a fine selection of Geisha coffee beans at an optimal ripe degree of maturation, which were subjected to a curing process and subsequent anaerobic fermentation with yeasts. After the anaerobic fermentation process, the coffee is dried in the sun on African beds for several weeks until it reaches 11-12% humidity. Once the drying process is finished, the coffee is stored in our warehouse where it will rest as necessary, which allowed it to develop the already mentioned complexity of aromas and pleasant and clean flavors.

Reina Arcoiris, will take your senses to fantasize about a potpourri of harmonious complexity that marks the following notes in the cup:

Frangance: Chewy, crabberry, cherry, rasberry, wine, red grape, candy, caramel, dried mango and strawberry.

Flavors: Red apple, dried mango, dried banana, dried plums, raisins, blackberry, brown sugar, black tea, pineapple, hibiscus, honey, wine, blueberry, papaya, peach, passion fruit & mandarin.

Aftertaste: Very clean, sweet and long.
