Coffee details
| 説明 : | Fully ripped cherries are picked from lot 10 at 1850 masl and taken trough a fermented wet process. Once picked, the fruit is left to rest for 36 hours with no water and no sunlight, then the pit is extracted from the pulp, sun dried for 14 days and a resting time of 60 days. |
