Finca Los Cenizos is a family-owned and operated coffee farm located in the highlands of Cerro Punta. It is a beautiful volcanic-soil canyon surrounded by exotic flora and fauna. Several water springs can be found at our farm; most of them are partially covered by the shades of Ash trees that date back more than 100 years. Due to multiple factors such as our unique location, coffee trees can conserve their precious energy and produce high-grade cherries. Given the fact that our coffee plantation is located at more than 1800 meters above the sea level, our ripening season is significantly extended which helps in the development of all attributes of this exemplar Geisha Coffee. All of the care and detailed process along with our exclusive location provides a product that exceeds expectations and catches the attention of most selective coffee enthusiasts. Our experienced labor team is 99% Ngäbe Bugle tribe who have been properly trained to work with specialty coffees. Since the beginning of our farming operations in 2008, innovation has always been one of our priorities. Therefore, multiple processes trials have been conducted in our farm bringing nothing but exciting results that we have proudly shared with local coffee producers.
