Lot GW-12: Firestone 23 Reserve - Auromar
Carefully harvested at optimal ripeness on February 16, 2023, at an altitude of 1680 m, from selected 11-year-old trees grown under the shade of native trees Depulped, and then dried 100% in the sunlight on African beds for 18 days and rested in a cellar isolated from humidity for 60 days. Hulled and classified by size +17-20, and then classified by weight in a densimetric machine, at the end carefully selected by hand to eliminate any defects.
In cupping, it presents very floral and aromatic characteristics and complexity. In flavors, grape, jasmine, bergamot, lychee, peach, lemon grass, caramel, strawberry, cranberry, brown sugar, mango, tangerine, citrus, raspberry, very juicy, almond, chocolate, well balanced, classic geisha.
