| Description: | Anaerobic fermentation and inoculated with yeast. Sun and wind dried for 25 days and let to rest in a low-humidity storeroom. Milled and size classified in the range of +17 -20. Machine classified by weight and then hand selected to eliminate color defects.
Aromatic and full of very complex flavors. Chocolate, strawberries, jasmine, brown sugar, black tea, mango, lemongrass, caramel and lichee. Cup characterized by consistency from beginning to end. |
