Lot V-02: Pacamara Triple A
This variety, with its anaerobic process, triggers a cup with intense notes of tropical fruits. The coffee beans are collected at 100% ripeness and then introduced into airtight tanks for 7 days. The beans are then taken to African beds for preliminary drying for 15 days. The final drying is obtained through a static dryer, for subsequent storage.
This year Brumas Panama introduced its selection of the Pacamara variety, whose name represents Adriana, Adrian and Adriany, the wife and two children of Brumas Panama CEO -Cesar Arauz Vega. We are very happy to have been selected in this Best of Panama 2022.
