Lot GN-14: Gladiador Geisha - Finca Kalithea y Akoinita Corp.
Kalithea Coffee Estate is located in Silla de Pando, 7 minutes
drive from the village of Volcan, Chiriqui, Panama, at 1,700
meters, above sea level.
Gladiator Geisha Natural Coffee was hand picked and selected for
quality, washed with water, then set to dry on sun exposed African
beds till midday; after this, we covered it to protect it from the
sun until the following morning. The Coffee was on the African beds
for approximately 4 weeks, until it reached a humidity percentage
of 11.5. Gladiator Coffee was stored and rested for 10 weeks before
being sent to the SCAP for BOP 2023.
