TORRE is a multiple-time BOP champion. This lot is located within the mountains of Elida Estate, benefiting from exceptional sun exposure. The coffee beans underwent a special and unique process: they were anaerobically fermented using our proprietary innovation, the Reactor Fermenter (RF), a sealed Stainless-Steel, and constantly rotating tank, ensuring even distribution of the Natural Yeast or must over the fruits for 144 hours. Finally, the beans were sun-dried on raised beds.
