Lot BOP-GW-2: CANTAR DON TITO

At 1,600 meters above sea level, this coffee paradise is coated with a veil of mist and rain for almost 8 months a year, which provides temperatures between 10º and 16ºC. It sits next to the rain-forests of the Volcan Barú and is encircled by the Chiriqui Viejo, a river that keeps the soil rich, and the biodiversity of fauna and flora.

The farm is operated by its owner, a woman with strong convictions and the support of her workers, 99% from the Ngäbe Bugle tribe. Los Cantares has been a BOP award winner since its introduction to the competition.
